Launching An e-Pic Challenge
I'm launching a new challenge called An e-Pic Challenge.
It all started with Juhi of Juhi's Handmade Cards fame - posting an ePic picture.. based on which we had a quick challenge on FB.. I totally loved that format..

And the entry can be a card, an earring, a recycled product or anything at all. The only condition is it has to be Handmade.
Here is the ePic for this challenge..
I will try to rope in some goodies from other kind people. I will keep you updated... and here's to an epic run!! :)

A shaped Mini Birthday Book for a sweet girl
A friend’s little girl turned 11. Not a little girl anymore. Not a grown up one either.
Here is a mini book I made for her.
I used the Flower shaped album by Sizzix. These make the process super easy.
I die cut chipboard twice, and then Fabriano card stock 6 pieces and DCWV paper 12 in number. Remember that half of these will have to but upside down – to help cover both sides.
Then I went to town with stamping.
Oh stamping.. stamping.. How I doeth love thee. If I were Shakespeare, probably that might have been my sonnet :)
Now this page. This is top most favourite page. Ever. The stamps are from this HUGE Waltzing Mouse stamp set called Pint size Heroines.
Tell her how so very precious she is. How much you love her.
These are three tags, for the mum, dad and bro to write notes for her. The left side stamps & dies are from Sizzix. The right tags die cut using Sizzix dies. And stamps are from Hero Arts.
This is another awesome Papertrey Ink stamp set. Both pages really/
Hero Arts, Fiskars and Papertrey Ink – How I love you all.
Mister Fiskars – the birthday set is super useful
And another view.
And another – just coz I took these pics and they look super cool – if I may say so myself :D
Thanks for stopping by. I think I’ll make a boy version of this as well.
I’d love to hear from you.
Cheers.

Love Actually
Hello there.. hope you are well and this New Year brings you abundant blessings.
I made this “Mini Card-Book” – which is a kind of a .. sort of a.. cross between a card and a scrapbook :) This form satisfies my love for stamping, and open a brand new canvas to, well, more stamping per card. Win Win I say :)
Love Actually – from that sweet movie :)
Sizzix dies and some DCWV aplhas.
Papertrey Ink stamps and DCWV papers
More Papertrey Ink stamps and dies. The tags bound with the ring pulls out to allow for a bit of journaling
Now this page is with Clearly Besotted stamps. The entire page is from one single set.
This couple stamp is from Sarah Kay. And the cute love notes and hearts background is all Papertrey Ink. Yes, you can say I love love PTI :D
This page is a full blown PTI stamped page.. the left page inspired by Whatsapp backdrop – have you noticed the brilliant really subtle outline images? Sweet.
The last page with a DCQV paper for a bit of journaling.
And a little love for the packaging :)
That’s all folks. Be back later with a couple of more Mini Card-books. Can you suggest a decent name for these??
Cheers,
JC
