    Jaya voted on your facebook .I got the glue gun from Ebrahim street parallel to commercial street from a small electrical/ stationary shop in august for 280 only and then the sticks costed only 12 each. Now everywhere I asked they charge 15 per stick and the gun cost ranges from 300 to 1000! Mine is chineese and is awesome... no issues...once I forgot to switch it off for 3 hours and still it didnt burn its wires or anything!!

Hello everybody. Today is my birthday. Thanks for wishing me :D Though I am a year older – not on the right side of older :D.. I want to thank the Lord for all the blessings in my life. My birthday gift this year is my new baby girl – Arpana Sarah – such a blessing indeed. I can’t ask for anything more – a great guy, two gorgeous daughters, a loving family, a great job and to top this a great hobby! Phew! Thank you Lord for this. Amen. I have a mini book to share with you. Was a lot of fun to make this one. There are thirteen pages inside – ideal for a mini Scrap for a year – especially for baby’s first year. One for the birth and one each for each month. It measures 4inx4in. Photos on the left and a white space on the left for journaling.   Outside has a couple of stickers and reads BLISSFUL :) Closes with a red ribbon. Rain or Shine!

When ICR has a Rain theme, I was looking around for some ideas and this is the stamp I landed on and fell in love with. Ujjwal recently sourced this for me. And I am glad I am able to use this in another ICR Challenge – the Challenge #10 . Here is the sketch grabbed from the ICR Challenge Pad I wanted to CASify this sketch – inspired by non other than Simplicity . And this is what I came up with. Isn’t the sentiment super sweet? :) How to: Stamp the image in black – Hero arts black ink. Image used is Ippity’s Rain or Shine Made two masks: one for the legs and also one mask to mimic grass Taped the masks down and stamped the grass repeatedly using Ippity A Bit of Burlap Stamped the sentiment which came with the image. Stamped the image’s umbrella on a piece of felt, cut it out, mounted it and popped a white pearl on it. Felt and pearl from itsybitsy . Pearl coloured black using a gel pen Pencil coloured the shirt and the skirt. Contemplated on making the card shorter...
